About the Role:

This exciting opportunity is for an experienced Secondary SEND Teacher who will deliver high–quality teaching and tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. You will play a key role in creating personalised learning plans, adapting the curriculum and fostering an inclusive classroom where every student can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, deliver and assess engaging lessons tailored to the needs of SEND studentsDevelop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and support strategiesCollaborate closely with SENDCo, support staff and parentsMonitor progress and provide constructive feedback to students and familiesPromote positive behaviour and social development within the classroom and beyondIdeal Candidate:

Qualified teacher status with experience in secondary SEND educationStrong understanding of SEND legislation, needs, and differentiation strategiesExcellent communication and teamwork skillsPassionate about inclusive education and student empowermentResilient, adaptable and committed to continuous professional growthWhy Work With Us?
