About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, deliver and assess engaging lessons tailored to the needs of SEND studentsDevelop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and support strategiesCollaborate closely with SENDCo, support staff and parentsMonitor progress and provide constructive feedback to students and familiesPromote positive behaviour and social development within the classroom and beyondIdeal Candidate:
