Job Title: SEND Team members

Pay and working hours:0-37 hours (contract - temp NOT permanent)

* Per hour/Salary: £16-£10

* Working hours:08:30-16:30

Key Responsibilities:

SEND and Learning Practitioner:

*

Support learners with SEND to access and engage in all aspects of learning.

*

Adapt materials and strategies to suit diverse learning needs.

*

Deliver targeted one-to-one and small group interventions.

*

Monitor progress and adjust support to maximise achievement.

*

Collaborate with staff, families, and agencies for joined-up support.

*

Promote independence, confidence, and positive learning behaviours.

*

Keep accurate records and contribute to progress reviews.

What We’re Looking For:

* SEND or LSAExperience.

* Strong communication and organisational skills.

* Passion for ecuation and a commitment to student success.

* Updated CV and an enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
