Job Role: Teaching Assistant (NVQ Level 2)

Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 per annum*

Location: Milton Keynes

Contract Type: Full Time

Start Date: September 2025

Aspire People are working on behalf of a fantastic and supporting Special Education Needs (SEND) setting within Milton Keynes who is looking for a SEND TA to join their team.

This is a full-time position supporting individuals with a variety of needs including Autism, Social Communication Difficulties. You will need to be adaptable and be able to work well within a team as you will be supporting multiple learners a day.

What we are looking for:

* NVQ in Teaching Assistant Level 2 or above (essential)

* Ideally experience supporting individuals with Autism or Social Communication Challenges in either a professional or personal setting

* A willingness to take part in swimming lessons (essential)

We will accept newly qualified teaching assistants if there is proven SEND passion.
