SEN Support Assistant – Secondary School

About the Role:

Deliver tailored support to students with EHCPs both in mainstream classes and within the specialist provision.

Work alongside teachers, the SENCO, and external professionals to meet students’ individual needs.

Use your transferable experience (e.g., childcare, youth work, or care background) to engage learners and build positive relationships.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping students overcome barriers to learning and thrive both academically and socially.

Experience working with children or young people is desirable, but we welcome applicants with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
