Your Role Will Include:

Offering 1:1 and small group support for students with additional needs.

Assisting teachers in delivering lessons, helping students access learning and develop confidence.

Working within both the mainstream classrooms and the specialist provision where required.

Using your transferable skills (e.g., from childcare, youth work, or a care background) to engage and inspire students.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

Has experience with young people or a strong desire to work in SEN support (full training provided if needed).

Is patient, approachable, and adaptable to meet individual needs.

Wants to make a genuine difference to the lives of students with additional learning requirements.
