Location: Manchester (M40)

Start Date: September 2025

Pay: £85 – £100 per day

Key Stage 1 & 2 | Full-Time or Part-Time | Long-Term Role

If so, this welcoming and vibrant primary school in the M40 area of Manchester is looking for a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team this September.

Your Role – Where You’ll Make a Difference

You won’t just be assisting—you’ll be empowering. Working 1:1 or with small groups, you’ll provide targeted support to help children with additional needs feel confident, capable, and celebrated.

Your day-to-day may include:

Supporting pupils with SEN such as ASD, ADHD, speech & language needs, and social/emotional challenges

Assisting teachers with tailored learning activities and personalised plans

Encouraging independence, communication, and emotional regulation

Providing support with personal care or mobility where needed

Building strong, positive relationships that boost children’s self-belief

Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and families to track progress

Recent graduates who are passionate about working with children and young people

Those with care experience supporting children or young adults in any setting

Candidates with child-related qualifications such as Teaching Assistant (TA) qualifications, childcare, or health and social care training

Individuals with experience supporting children with SEN in schools or care settingsAbove all, you’ll bring patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
