Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

Location: Redbridge, London

Start Date: September 2025

Pay: £90 – £110 per day (plus training)

Contract: Long-term to Permanent

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Redbridge this September. This is a fantastic long-term to permanent opportunity for candidates with strong SEN experience who are passionate about supporting children with additional needs in their learning and development.

Key Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

*

Assist the class teacher in creating an inclusive and positive learning environment.

*

Support pupils with their academic, social, and emotional development.

*

Adapt learning materials to meet the needs of individual pupils.

*

Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals.

Requirements

*

Previous experience supporting children with SEN is essential.

*

A genuine passion for helping children achieve their potential.

*

Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.

*

Ability to work effectively within a team.

*

Relevant qualifications or training in SEN support (desirable but not essential).
