Description

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Watford, Hertfordshire. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced TA with a specialism in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to make a meaningful impact in the life of a student who needs tailored 1:1 support.

You’ll work closely with teaching staff, SENCOs, and other professionals to create a safe, engaging, and encouraging learning environment. Your role will be key in helping the student develop academically, socially, and emotionally.
