Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with special educational needs? Whether you're experienced in education, care, or looking to transition into a rewarding new role, we’re recruiting dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to work across a range of specialist settings in Surrey.

About the Roles

We are working with a variety of specialist schools and provisions, including:

Special schools, alternative provisions, and inclusive mainstream units

Supporting students with needs such as ASD, SEMH, MLD, PMLD, and complex learning profiles

1:1 and small group support roles

Collaborative work with teachers, therapists, and multi-disciplinary teams

Opportunities for both full-time and flexible day-to-day supply work

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome applications from individuals who are:

Passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with SEN

Patient, empathetic, and resilient

Experienced in working with children or young people (in education, care, or voluntary settings)

Willing to learn and grow in a supportive environment

Able to obtain an Enhanced DBS (or already hold one)
