* Good experience in various situations in an ALN setting

* You must be able to assist the teacher in delivering successful lessons

* Helping with classroom management to ensure the lesson is delivered as efficiently as possible

* Being comfortable 1 to 1 with SEN pupils is also desirable, as well as being able to take small groups by yourself
