Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm

The Leader Group are working with an esteemed client who are seeking an enthusiastic and committed professional to join their team as a Teaching Assistant at an Outstanding Independent SEN School catering to pupils aged 11–17 with Autism and other special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Mentor, support, and inspire learners through curriculum–based learning in the classroom, home tuition, outreach, and outdoor activities.Assist in preparing learning materials and contribute to delivering learning objectives with a strong emphasis on behavioural management.Prepare daily reports on learner's progress and address any barriers to learning.Maintain regular interactions with parents and caregivers to support student development.The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

A committed and passionate approach to working with students with SEND.At least two years' experience in a SEND environment or similar unit/provision.A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (advantageous).Benefits:
