Position: Teaching Assistant (NVQ Level 3)

Location: Waltham Forest, London

Start Date: September 2025

Contract Type: Full-Time, Term-Time Only

Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant with an NVQ Level 3 qualification? Are you looking to join a supportive and dynamic school community in the heart of Waltham Forest?

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Waltham Forest this September. You will work closely with class teachers to support pupils' learning, contribute to a positive classroom environment, and help all children reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one and group support to pupils across a range of abilities

Assist the class teacher with planning, preparation, and classroom management

Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment

Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff

Support pupils with additional learning needs, including those with SEN or EALThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:

NVQ Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent)

Prior experience working in a school setting

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

A genuine passion for education and helping children succeed
