Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant supporting students with SEN needa in a school setting

Understanding of the secondary curriculum and effective SEN strategies

Compassionate, reliable, and confident in building strong student relationships

Able to commute to and from Harborne from September
