Location: Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham B76

Pay Rate: £105 - 115

Days: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)

Start Date: 01/09/2025

Contract: Long-Term, Temp to Perm

Are you a passionate and patient SEN Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in a child's education? We're working with a welcoming primary school in Sutton Coldfield that's seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team in September.

This full-time role will see you supporting children in KS1 with communication and sensory needs. You'll be part of a nurturing, inclusive environment where your impact is truly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 support children with SEN (speech and language and sensory regulation focus)

Help implement EHCP targets with guidance from the SENCO and external professionals

Encourage positive behaviour and support emotional regulation

Create engaging, accessible learning opportunities in class

Work closely with teachers and parents to monitor progress

You Will Need:

Experience supporting children with SEN, particularly in EYFS or KS1

A calm, proactive approach and a real passion for inclusive education

A team player attitude and be able to show initiative
