Cover Supervisor - Hemel Hempstead
Are you looking for a new role in Hemel Hempstead? Academics are currently working in partnership with a number of forward-thinking secondary schools located in Hemel Hempstead who require Cover Supervisor on a day to day basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about Education and Training, with strong classroom presence and the ability to support students in the absence of their regular teacher. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity in learning and ensuring a safe, focused classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver pre-set lesson materials in the absence of teaching staff.
Manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain on task.
Provide feedback to teaching staff on student performance and engagement.Ideal Candidate:
