We're recruiting a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a warm and inclusive primary special school in Watford, Hertfordshire. This full-time, term-time role is ideal for someone with experience or a keen interest in working at the EYFS level, especially with pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorders, speech and language difficulties, and learning challenges.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience or genuine enthusiasm for working in EYFS and SEN environments

• Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach

• An SEN or TA qualification is preferred but not essential

• Commitment to helping every child thrive emotionally and academically
