The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant

This SEN Teaching Assistant role will require an empathetic mindset throughout the day. You will be a vital member of the team and will have constant support from the Adults around the school and your SEN inclusion department/SENCO. Children throughout the school may show some challenging behaviour due to their SEN needs but it is the staff's duty to be able to build rapport quickly with students to enable them to fulfil their ever-growing potential. This role will involve some personal and medical care so please be willing to support on have experience in this before applying.

The school - SEN Teaching Assistant

This school is a large mixed Secondary school based in the London borough of Bexley. Currently the school works with students aged 11-16 and has excellent transport links from London underground to the overground. Alternatively, if you can drive there is free parking on Site for all staff.The school provides an excellent CPD programme for all staff including agency members of staff.
