Join Our Outstanding Primary School in Enfield as a SEN Teaching Assistant!

Location: Enfield

Salary: £90 - £105 per day

Contract: Long Term, Full Time

Hours: 8:15 am – 3:45 pm (Monday to Friday)

We’re looking for caring and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join our vibrant and inclusive primary school community in Enfield.

About the School

Your Role as an SEN Teaching Assistant

Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEN.

Help develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).

Work closely with teachers to create an inclusive classroom atmosphere.

Support students with their social, emotional, and academic development.

Record and monitor progress, sharing feedback with teachers and parents.

Assist with classroom management and behaviour support when needed.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience supporting children with SEN (preferred).

A patient, empathetic, and caring attitude.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment.

Relevant qualifications or SEN training are an advantage.
