Are you a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher ready to make a lasting impact across both primary and secondary phases? We're working with a welcoming all–through SEN school in Ealing that supports children and young people with autism and complex needs–and they're looking for a dedicated teacher to join their team this September.

Your Role:

Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons that meet individual EHCP targetsFoster a calm, structured learning environment using positive behaviour strategiesWork closely with families, therapists, and support staff to ensure holistic progressTrack and celebrate student achievements across academic and personal development

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent overseas qualificationExperience working with children with autism and/or complex learning needsStrong communication and behaviour management skillsA reflective, compassionate approach to teaching and learningEnhanced DBS on the update service (essential)
