Description
Aspire are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with a range of special educational needs in a school based in Wednesbury.
Requirements:
A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
Professional references covering the last 2-3 years are essential.
Previous experience supporting children with:
Autism (ASC)
Sensory processing needs
Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties
Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Be patient, empathetic, and adaptable.
Have experience in a school or SEN setting.
Be confident in working 1:1 or with small groups of children.
Be committed to supporting children's progress and well-being.
