Developing and maintaining legally compliant, user–friendly templates and service documents.
Coordinating a robust programme of training and induction across the service.
Supporting and influencing service improvement through co–produced standards, performance tracking, and the use of digital systems.
Acting as a key point of contact for mediation and parent/carer engagement.
Collaborating with a wide range of professionals, families, and external partners to enhance support systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in a complex administrative or project–based environment.
A passion for improving public services, especially those supporting vulnerable children and young people.
Confidence using IT systems to manage, track and improve service delivery.
A collaborative mindset, committed to teamwork, training, and service excellence.
What We Offer
The chance to work in a purpose–driven team making a tangible impact in the community.
A supportive, inclusive, and forward–thinking work environment.
Ongoing training and career development opportunities.
Flexible working arrangements and generous annual leave.
A culture that values your input, ideas, and wellbeing.
