Teaching Assistant Key Responsibilities:

Support the Year 2 class, as a teaching assistant with their learning and development.

Work closely with the class teacher as a Teaching Assistant to create engaging lessons.

Provide small-group and one-to-one interventions to reinforce key learning areas.

Assist in managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning atmosphere.

Encourage pupils' academic, social, and emotional growth.

Support children with SEND and additional learning needs when required.Teaching Assistant Requirements:

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role (preferred but not essential).

Enthusiastic, proactive, and patient approach.

Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff.

A passion for supporting children's learning and development.
