Kickstart a Fulfilling Career in Education This September!

Are you enthusiastic, proactive, and ready to make a lasting difference in young people’s lives? We’re excited to be working with a forward-thinking SEN school that’s growing its team for the 2025/26 academic year—and they’re looking for driven individuals to join them as Learning Support Assistants.

This specialist school provides a supportive, vibrant environment for pupils on the autistic spectrum, many of whom are high-functioning and thrive in creative and academic subjects alike—from Art and Music to Science and Maths.

As a valued member of the team, you’ll support students in discovering their potential, developing confidence, and achieving meaningful progress both in and out of the classroom.

About You:

You're naturally positive, reliable, and love a challenge

You bring creativity, curiosity, and energy into every interaction

You’re patient and empathetic, with a genuine interest in supporting young people with additional needs

You may have experience in education, coaching, childcare, or youth work—or you’ve studied a related subject and are eager to apply your knowledge

What’s on Offer:

A full-time, permanent role with a competitive salary of £27,070 (including full pay during holidays)

The chance to work in a respected SEN school with excellent facilities and a clear progression structure

A supportive, friendly team environment—and 1:1 guidance from your Teaching Personnel consultant throughout

Real purpose, daily impact, and a role that grows with you

Please note: Due to limited public transport links, access to a car or reliable travel arrangements is essential.

Interviews taking place ASAP— early applications encouraged!
