Location: Tower Hamlets - Walking distance from Mile End Station

Start Date: September 2025

Contract: Full-time, Term-Time Only

Salary: £90-£105 per day (depending on experience)

Your role as an Early Years Educator:

Work with Nursery and/or Reception children to support learning and development

Create a warm, engaging, and stimulating environment

Deliver activities in line with the EYFS framework

Support children's personal, social, and emotional development

Monitor and track progress, sharing feedback with teachers and parents

Foster independence, confidence, and curiosity in every child

Ideal Early Years Educator will have:

A Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (or equivalent) - essential

Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework

Previous experience working within an Early Years setting

A patient, caring, and proactive approach

Commitment to safeguarding and inclusion
