About the Role:

As an EYFS SEN TA, you will be working closely with teachers to support children in the Early Years Foundation Stage, with a particular focus on pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support for children with SEN on a 1:1 and small-group basis.

Assist with classroom activities, play-based learning, and daily routines.

Implement individual learning and behaviour plans, adapting activities where needed.

Build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents to create a supportive learning environment.

Encourage positive behaviour and emotional well-being.

Requirements:

Previous experience working with children, ideally in a school or nursery setting.

Experience supporting children with SEN (essential).

Relevant qualifications (such as Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching & Learning or Early Years) are desirable but not essential.

What We Offer:

A welcoming and supportive school environment.
