Prospero Teaching is currently recruiting for an SEN Class Teacher to teach in an SEN School in Dulwich, Southeast London.

Job Details:

SEN Class Teacher (Primary, Secondary and Post 16)

Start date: September 2025

Contract: Long–term, temporary with the opportunity to join the school permanently

Working hours: 8:45 AM – 4:15 PM

Location: Dulwich, Southeast London

Daily Rate: 160 – 260 (According to national teaching scale)

School Information:

Type of school: Foundation special school

Age range: 4 to 18 (up to 19 in sixth form)

Specialism: SEN support Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD, SLD), and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)

Gender: Co–educational

Ofsted (December 2024): All key areas rated Good

Size: Approximately 148 pupils, with a capacity of (phone number removed)

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Valid Enhanced DBS (Child & Adult) registered on the Update Service

Two recent references (within the last two years, preferably from an educational setting)
