Secondary Specialist – Witney

Simply Education is proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming and nurturing Secondary school in Banbury, which is currently seeking a passionate and committed Secondary Specialist to join their team. The role offers flexibility, with both part–time (as little as 0.2) and full–time opportunities depending on your availability.

What We're Looking For:

To be considered for this role, you should:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) through a PGCE, GTP, or Bachelor of Education, or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT).

Have a solid understanding of the Secondary Framework and experience teaching within Nursery or Reception.

Be skilled at creating a stimulating, safe, and inclusive learning environment.

Be confident in observing, assessing, and planning for individual development

Demonstrate strong communication and behaviour management skills.

Be patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic

Please note: All successful applicants will need to provide two years of references and complete an enhanced DBS check. The role is subject to a satisfactory background check.
