Secondary Supply Teachers – Merton
Start Date: September 2025
Location: Merton
Contract Type: Flexible – Full–time and Part–time available
Daily Rate: Competitive, depending on experience
We are currently recruiting secondary supply teachers to work across a range of well–established and supportive schools in the Merton borough. With the new academic year fast approaching, this is an ideal opportunity for qualified teachers who are looking for flexible teaching roles without the long–term commitment of a permanent post.

About the Role
Covering lessons across KS3 and KS4 in your subject specialism or as general cover
Following school policies and managing the classroom effectively to support learning
Providing continuity and support during staff absences
Opportunities to take on short–term, long–term and day–to–day bookings
What We're Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Strong classroom management and the ability to adapt to different school environments
A positive, professional attitude with a flexible and reliable approach
Subject specialism welcomed but not essential for general cover roles
