About the role As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task.Deliver pre–set lesson plans and manage classroom behaviour effectively.Support pupils in their learning and maintain a positive classroom environment.Work across a variety of subjects, gaining valuable classroom management experience. Requirements To be considered for the role of Secondary School Cover Supervisor you will:

Have previous experience working with young people (in education, coaching, tutoring, or youth work).Possess strong classroom management and communication skills.Are adaptable, flexible, and confident in delivering lessons across a range of subjects.Hold (or are willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS check on the update service. Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
