Location: Grantham

Salary: 100– 140 per day

Contract: Full–time, Part–Time, Monday to Friday

Start Date: 01.09.2025

Are you looking for exciting new teaching opportunities in Lincolnshire? Simply Education is looking to recruit a confident and adaptable Cover Supervisor to help to support local secondary schools.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver pre–prepared lesson plans and materials left by teaching staff.

Ensure a positive learning environment, managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies.

Support students in understanding tasks and staying on track with work.

Report back to the regular teacher on class performance and any issues that arise.

Respond to student questions and provide general guidance without having to plan lessons or assess work

Candidate Requirements:

Ability to manage a classroom and maintain discipline.

Confidence and flexibility to work with students across Key Stages 3 and 4.

Previous experience working with young people in an educational setting.

Degree or relevant further education qualifications.

Knowledge of school systems and safeguarding procedures.
