The school is looking for a determined Teaching Assistant/TA with the potential of a permanent position. The successful Teaching Assistant/TA will be confident and adaptable in working mostly with Key Stage 4/KS4 helping them to meet their milestones and giving them 1 to 1 support. The applicant would also have to be well equipped to deal with challenging behaviours and work closely with Teachers to support the classroom.

The successful Teaching Assistant/TA will have the following:

a QTS, ECTs are welcome to apply!Experience working with Autism, ADHD, and Challenging BehaviourA calm, patient, and caring personalityA good understanding of child and adult protection and safeguarding guidelinesExperience in working with supporting students in their education on a 1:1 and a small group basisExcellent classroom management In return for the above you can expect to receive:
