Role is paid over 52 weeks of the year on a rolling shift basis

37 hours per week & 31 days holiday

September start

20,000– 27,500 per annum (depending on experience)

An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced caretaker, or site supervisor to join a welcoming school in St Albans from September on a full time basis. Requirements for the caretaking role:

General maintenance of school facilities, including opening and closing the school building.Conducting semi–skilled minor repairs.Liaising with contracted services and completing necessary paperwork.Cleaning duties (as required).Adhering to safeguarding policies and health and safety protocols.
