Job: Reprographics and Display Technician

School: Secondary Academy, Bexley, Southeast London

Actual Annual Salary: GBP21,750 – GBP23,339

Start date: October 2025

Contract: Permanent, 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm), term time only plus 5 days to be worked over the school holidays

Aston Education is working with an oversubscribed Ofsted Good 11–18 secondary school in Bexley looking for a full–time Reprographics and Display Technician.

You will play a key role in supporting the day–to–day operation of the school through high quality printing, resource preparation, and engaging displays across the school. This includes but is not limited to classroom handouts, booklets, examination papers, newsletters, certificates, signage, and promotional displays for events and open evenings.

You have:

GCSE English and Maths, grade C or aboveQualification in IT/Design/Print/Reprographics is desirableExperience working in a school or educational settingSolid experience in reprographics and designExperience using design software (e.g. Publisher, Canva, Adobe InDesign/Photoshop)Experience managing and maintaining office or reprographics equipmentExcellent communication skills, particularly strong written EnglishProven experience juggling a very busy workload
