This role is available on either a supply or long–term basis, offering flexibility to suit your needs.

The Role:

Deliver engaging and thought–provoking RE lessons to KS3 and KS4 students

Plan and teach high–quality lessons in line with the national curriculum

Encourage respectful discussion and critical thinking around religious and ethical topics

Monitor student progress and provide meaningful feedback

Foster a positive, inclusive, and reflective learning environment

Work collaboratively with colleagues in the Humanities department

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Experience teaching Religious Education at secondary level

Excellent classroom management and communication skills

A passion for RE and inspiring young minds

Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
