These roles will operate across South and West Yorkshire and will be instrumental for us to deliver on our growth strategy. Drive new business development

Manage client relationships

Lead a team and manage day-to-day operations

Achieve personal and team goals

Meet KPIs and report to Assistant Director

Self-motivated with a drive for growth

2+ years in educational recruitment

Strong interpersonal & problem-solving skills

Tech-savvy & financially minded

Full UK driving licence
