The Role – Reception Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a patient and enthusiastic Reception Learning Support Assistant to work 1:1 with a child in the Early Years Foundation Stage. The pupil requires additional support with communication and interaction, and may present with mild behavioural or speech and language needs. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to deliver tailored support, promote positive learning habits, and encourage confidence and independence in the classroom. The ideal candidate will have experience working in early years, a calm and proactive approach, and a genuine passion for helping young children thrive.
