Whether you're exploring a career in educational psychology, clinical work, or SEN teaching, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting children with special educational needs (SEN) across a range of specialist settings.

About the Roles:

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to work in a variety of specialist schools and provisions throughout Surrey.

This includes:

Special schools, alternative provisions, and inclusive mainstream units

Working with students with needs such as ASD, SEMH, MLD, PMLD, and more

1:1 and small group support roles

Collaborating closely with teachers, therapists, and multi-disciplinary teams

Opportunities for both full-time and flexible day-to-day supply work

Who We're Looking For:

We welcome applications from psychology graduates who are:

Passionate about supporting children and young people with SEN

Patient, empathetic, and resilient

Eager to learn and develop in a supportive environment

Experienced in working with children (formally or informally)

Able to obtain an Enhanced DBS (or already have one)

Whether you're just starting out or building on previous experience, this is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference while gaining valuable insight into SEN education and child development.
