These roles are all about supporting children with additional needs - including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) - in specialist provisions, small groups, or on a 1:1 basis. If you're passionate about helping children thrive in a nurturing environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

Supporting children with SEN, helping them to feel confident, safe, and ready to learn

Assisting teachers in creating fun, inclusive learning activities

Working 1:1 or in small groups, encouraging independence and celebrating achievements

Helping to create a positive, supportive atmosphere in the classroom

What we're looking for:

Patience, empathy, and a positive outlook

Experience with children or young people (in schools, nurseries, youth work, or care) is great - but the right attitude matters most
