SANZA Teaching Agency are delighted to be working with a large, bustling primary school in Barking & Dagenham. They are currently seeking teaching assistants to support students across the school with additional needs.

As a teaching assistant, you will work on a 1:1 basis with students who have Autism, behavioural difficulties, and speech and language needs.

This is a rewarding role where you will make a real difference to children's learning and development by providing tailored support, encouragement, and care.

About you:

Must have recent experience supporting children with Autism, behavioural challenges, and speech & language needs.

Must have a solid understanding of speech, language and communication development and how to best support this

Be able to deliver targeted intervention activities to support of speech, language and communication development

Must be patient, resilient, and nurturing, with a genuine commitment to helping every child succeed.

Be genuinely interested in using creativity and flexibility to adapt learning activities to individual needs.
