SEN Teaching Assistant – Dunstable

Mainstream and SEN Schools Full–Time & Part–Time Temp to Perm Opportunities Available

We're working with a number of welcoming mainstream and specialist schools across Dunstable, all looking for supportive, dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join their teams.

About the Role:

Supporting children with a range of needs including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health needs

Working either 1:1 or with small groups

Helping children access learning and feel safe, included and understood

Collaborating with teaching staff, SENDCos and therapists to ensure the best outcomes for every pupil

What We're Looking For:

A calm, patient and compassionate approach

Experience with SEN is desirable, but not essential

Enthusiasm to learn, confidence to take initiative, and a genuine interest in helping children thrive

An enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply for one
