Pay Rate: £88.94 – £104.84 per day (depending on experience)

Start Date: Immediate

Contract Type: Day-to-day / Long-term | Full-time / Part-time

GSL Education are currently looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teaching Assistants to join schools in Brigg. This is a wonderful opportunity to work alongside class teachers, providing vital support to young learners and helping them reach their full potential in the classroom.

As a Primary TA, you will be an integral part of the classroom team, providing crucial support to both the class teacher and students.

Responsibilities as a Primary Teaching Assistant:

Support class teachers with the delivery of engaging lessons, providing individual or small group support to students.

Assist with classroom management, ensuring students remain focused and on task.

Help create an inclusive and supportive learning environment that meets the diverse needs of all pupils.

Monitor student progress and provide feedback to class teachers regarding their development.

Assist with planning and preparation of resources for lessons and activities.

Help students with social, emotional, and personal development as needed.

Requirements for Primary Teaching Assistant:

Previous experience of working in a school environment or with children is desirable.

A patient, supportive, and flexible approach to working with young learners.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well as part of a team.

A valid enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.

A full, up-to-date CV with clear explanations for any gaps in employment in the last 10 years.
