About the Role:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEND Primary Teacher to join one of our partnered schools that caters to children with a range of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), including autism, speech and language needs, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of pupils who thrive on individualised teaching approaches and support.

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons tailored to meet the needs of pupils with SENDFoster a positive and inclusive classroom environmentWork collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists and SENCOsTrack and report on pupil progress using EHCP targets and personalised learning plansContribute to a whole–school ethos that puts pupils' wellbeing firstWhat We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalentProven experience working with children with SEND, ideally in a primary settingStrong understanding of autism, sensory processing and behaviour management strategiesExcellent communication, empathy and resilienceTeam player with a commitment to inclusive educationWhy Register with Prospero?
