Contract: Full time September 2025 start

Location: Southsea

Salary: GBP82.20 – GBP90 per day

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions guided by EHCPs and individual learning plansSupport children with emotional regulation, sensory needs, and social communicationWork closely with the SENCO, class teachers, and families to ensure each child receives the scaffolding they need to thrivePromote inclusive practice within the classroom, celebrating every success, big or smallFoster independence, confidence, and a love of learning through calm, consistent support Qualifications & Skills:

Have experience supporting children with SEND (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech & language needs etc.)Hold a Level 2 or 3 qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Childcare, Supporting Teaching & Learning)Bring patience, empathy, and a team–focused approachUnderstand the importance of regulation strategies, visual aids, and clear communicationAre committed to safeguarding and upholding the highest standards in child welfare Benefits:
