Nursery Practitioner - Brent Primary School

Brand new Provision for SEN children

Location: Brent

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: Full-time - Monday to Friday

We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and experienced Nursery Practitioner to join a burdgeoning Nursery setting.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about early childhood development, who is committed to delivering high-quality care and learning experiences in a supportive and child-centred environment.

Key Responsibilities of a Nursery Practitioner:

Provide a safe, secure, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive

Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework

Observe, assess, and record each child's progress

Be a key person to a group of children, building strong and trusting relationships with families

Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and education

Uphold safeguarding, health & safety, and welfare procedures at all times

Requirements of a Nursery Practitioner:

A CACHE Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Nursery (or equivalent)

or Proven experience working in a Nursery or Nursery setting

Good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development

Passionate about supporting children's learning through play

A positive, proactive, and flexible approach to teamwork

Strong communication and organisational skills
