Description
Long Term Futures are seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a supportive primary school in the Thornton Heath area. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity that could become a permanent position for the right person.
The school is well-regarded for its friendly atmosphere and brilliant facilities, which include an Enhanced Learning Provision (ELP). The role is a key part of the school's wrap-around care, with shifts running between 7:30 AM and 6:30 PM.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Assisting the Nursery Teacher with daily routines and educational activities.
Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children.
Communicating effectively with children, parents, and staff.
Contributing to the positive and proactive nursery team.
We are also interested in speaking with experienced Room Leaders looking for their next challenge.
What we are looking for:
A recognised Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification.
Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting.
A genuine passion for working with young children.
Strong communication skills and a creative, patient nature.
Pay and Benefits
Daily Rate: £95-£115, depending on experience.
Contract: Long-term with the potential for a permanent role.
Start Date: ASAP.
Full-time, consistent hours.
Dedicated support from a personal consultant.
