Nursery Practitioner

Description

We are looking for a Nursery Nurse to join an outstanding Nursery organisation located in the borough of Islington, London. This role would suit anybody that has experience as a qualified Nursery Practitioner, with strong knowledge of EYFS and Safeguarding.

Salary £28,000 to £31,000

This role is all year round only, Monday to Friday with a shift rota of 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm (40hours per week).

Qualifications:

• Full and Relevant Level 3 Qualification in Early Years Education

• Minimum 6 months' Nursery experience

• Strong working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and current Ofsted statutory guidance.

• Knowledge and proven practical experience of implementing good quality learning opportunities.

• Knowledge of and commitment to: child protection, health and safety, equal opportunities and SEN/Inclusion

• Experience of working as a key worker for a group of children and their families

• Ability to observe, assess and report on children's behaviour
