About the Role

Supporting the lead teacher in a Nursery classroom of 26 children aged 3-4.

Leading play-based learning, storytelling, phonics, and circle time activities.

Helping with nappy changing, toileting, snack prep, and setting up learning zones.

Creating a safe, fun and engaging space for children of all backgrounds.

The Ideal Candidate

Holds a Level 3 childcare qualification (or equivalent).

Experience in a nursery or EYFS classroom setting.

Confident, caring, and calm under pressure.

Passionate about child development and early intervention.
