Are you an experienced early years professional with a passion for creating inspiring learning environments? We're looking for a dedicated Nursery Manager to lead our thriving setting in North Northampton.

About the Role

As Nursery Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care, education, and safeguarding for children aged 0-5. You'll inspire and lead a team of practitioners, build strong relationships with families, and ensure compliance with Ofsted and EYFS requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the nursery team, providing coaching, support, and development.

Ensure children receive a high-quality, stimulating, and nurturing learning experience.

Oversee safeguarding, health & safety, and regulatory compliance.

Manage budgets, occupancy, and resources effectively.

Build positive relationships with parents, carers, and the wider community.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Level 3 qualified (minimum) in Early Years Childcare & Education (Level 5/6 desirable).

Experienced in a nursery management or deputy management role.

Knowledgeable in the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and Ofsted standards.

A confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment for children.
