Castle Education are recruiting on behalf of a well-established nursery in York who are looking for a Nursery Manager who’s ready to take the lead in a vibrant, welcoming early years setting where every day is about inspiring young minds and supporting a brilliant team.

Inspiring and managing a talented team of childcare professionals

Creating exciting, inclusive learning spaces that spark curiosity and creativity

Driving high standards in line with EYFS and Ofsted requirements

Building strong, positive relationships with families and the community

Ensuring the nursery runs smoothly, safely, and successfully every dayWhat we’re looking for:

Level 3 Early Years qualification or above

Proven leadership experience in an early years setting

Strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding
