As an NQT, you will deliver engaging lessons, support student progress, and contribute to a positive school environment. Whether in primary or secondary settings, you'll have the opportunity to develop your teaching skills and grow professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver lessons in line with the curriculum
Manage your classroom effectively and foster a positive learning atmosphere
Assess and monitor pupil progress
Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to school initiatives
Engage in ongoing professional development and training
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recently completed initial teacher training
Enthusiasm and passion for teaching and learning
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to adapt teaching to meet the needs of all students
Commitment to professional growth and teamwork
